The Night Al

The Night Al is your overnight host on 98.9 WDNE, making sure you get Less Talk and More Country.  Alan began his radio career at WDNE in the mid 1980’s at WDNE AM, and later began work at the station that would become WDNE FM.  He worked on air, with automated systems, and has been a producer for sports broadcasters.  He was also the music director for WVHT and News Director for WELK/WDNE in Elkins in the 1990’s.  He left radio in the mid 1990’s to pursue another career, and returned in 2021, serving as Producer for Elkins sports, providing interviews with Community Issues, and is on-air overnights and weekends.
